| Thirty-Seventh Department of Donghua Construction Co., Ltd of Yankuang Group (its origin is 37 Department of Ministry of Coal Industry) established in 1964, has ever worked in Jiangsu province, Anhui province, Guizhou province and Shandong province, participating in the construction of 25 large and medium-size coalmines, 8 coal preparation plants and auxiliary building integrated with business center, restaurant, office and residential buildings in the four mining areas (that is, Jiangsu Xuzhou, Anhui Huaibei , Guizhou Shuicheng and Shandong Yanzhou). |

The Thirty-Seventh Department has employees of 1,865, in which there are 363 technical employees with various major and skill (14 employees with senior technical title and 95 employees with secondary technical title). It has the independent ability to undertake large and medium-size industrial construction and equipment installation, public buildings, high-rise architecture and the urban and rural civil construction. It has construction technology of underground construction, grid structure, shell structure, deep foundation, artificial precipitation, caisson, slide templates, large templates and pre-stressed projects. It can also independently undertake large and medium-size project construction in power, chemical industry and textiles industry, and various voltage levels of power transmission project, railways, highways and bridges.
The Thirty-Seventh Department always adheres to the quality concept of "Keeping good quality and credit, and offering the best products and excellent service". It has a strict quality guarantee system, perfect inspection & test methods, and precise measurement method. Because of the perfect construction quality, the rapid construction pace and the first-class corporate image, it has created a lot of high quality projects and has a high market share and lots of clients. More than 200 individual projects and units have been evaluated as "Excellent projects" by various organizations from the Province, Ministry and the State.
